What should you prepare for a quote?
A product outline, intended format, audience, indicative budget and any existing formulations or specifications are helpful. If these are not yet available, we will start with a short brief. Cost depends on product complexity and the scope of the assessment.

Does formulation development include testing and production trials?
We agree the scope separately. The proposal identifies the work FoodUP will carry out and the activities that require a manufacturer, laboratory or additional budget.
Can you work with my manufacturer?
Yes. We need information about their capabilities and constraints so that the formulation reflects the actual manufacturing process.
Who can use the resulting formulation?
Rights and conditions for using the outputs are defined in the project agreement. Where the manufacturer's solutions are involved, their terms also apply.
