Price and scope
The base price covers one ingredient from one supplier, one target species and one intended use in the EU. We assess the document scope and complexity before confirming the price.
Additional scopes
Laboratory testing, a full toxicological assessment, scientific dossiers, complete formula assessment, supplier audits and authorisation applications require a separate scope.

Which documents should I send?
Start with the specification, an available CoA and information on composition, origin, manufacturing process and the ingredient’s declared intended use. We identify further needs after an initial review.
Does the review cover dogs and cats together?
The base price covers one species and intended use. A scope covering both species or multiple uses is agreed separately.
Will I receive an authorisation to use the ingredient?
You receive a contextual documentation assessment. It is not an official authorisation or a confirmation of safety for every use. We identify limitations and information needed for the next decision.
What if the documentation is incomplete?
We identify missing information and questions for the supplier. The price includes one review round for supplementary information within the agreed scope; a new use or materially wider issue requires a revised quotation.
