Additional scopes
Sample purchase and shipping, site audits, full supplier qualification, import handling and purchasing negotiations require a separate agreement.

Do you guarantee three complete quotations?
No. Ingredient availability and supplier responses are outside our control. You receive the outcome of the agreed search process, including a documented lack of suitable offers where applicable.
Is the supplier fully verified?
We compare available information against the brief. Site audits and formal supplier qualification are separate activities that can be agreed after candidates have been selected.
Can you help replace an existing supplier?
Yes. We can use the current specification as a reference and identify differences to check before switching supply sources.
What if I do not have a specification yet?
Start with ingredient selection. If existing parameters only need clarification, we will address this when assessing your enquiry.
