We translated the client's research into three products, combining formulation development, manufacturer selection, lower minimum orders and communication support.
The client wanted to translate their research findings into real products for specific consumer groups. The starting point was an understanding of those groups' needs and ingredient concepts supported by scientific evidence. Moving from concept to manufacturing required consideration of the manufacturer's capabilities, ingredient availability and minimum order quantities. The scientific rationale had to be aligned with the practical requirements of an initial production run.

We developed three products, translating scientific concepts into specific formulations. Ingredient selection and formulation development took account of the available scientific evidence and the intended consumer groups.
We supported manufacturer selection and the arrangements required to start production. We helped negotiate lower minimum order quantities, reducing the barrier to commissioning the first batches.
The products were manufactured. Our support also covered the foundations of marketing communication and an initial visual direction, linking the products' research origins with a clear presentation of their concepts.
