We supported a contract manufacturer in expanding into liquid products and drops, combining documentation, process development and knowledge transfer.
A contract manufacturer was developing its capabilities in liquid products, particularly drops. The new area was intended to help the business serve additional clients and take on projects requiring further technical expertise. Expanding its capabilities required documentation to be aligned with manufacturing practice. The team needed process support and expertise it could apply to further liquid product development.

We helped prepare documentation for extending the manufacturing scope. Documentation work was linked to technology development so that both addressed the plant's practical needs.
We supported the manufacturing process for liquid products and drops, applying our experience with this product format to practical decisions made together with the client's team.
Knowledge transfer was an important part of the collaboration. The aim was to prepare people and processes for further projects and retain the resulting expertise within the organisation.
